Hi List: Searching for a child born around 1916-'17 or '18 in Hartford, CT. to CLARA GUSBERG (who married Samuel Edward Cole in Hartford, CT. in Aug. 1917) I believe the child (gender unknown) was placed up for adoption. When I requested information on this even in CT. I was told the information could not be released because of CT. Statute 7-51 (which I am not familiar with).
