John Worley born 2/22/1830 and died Nov. 7, 1907 buried Claiborne Parish, near Homer Their known children: John Willis Worley 9/27/1862-10/3/1928 Walker Wilson Worley, 9/20/1865-6/9/1933 Charlie D. Worley, 1/22/1868-3/18/1913 Pennuel Columbus Worley, 11/17/1871 Wade Hampton. Worley, 7/24/1873--2/1/1914 Thornton "Thornt" Sidney Worley, 8/13/1878-4/16/1937 A. Goodwell Worley, M.D., 2/1/1885--3/4/1966 Arra Laura Worley. b. 3/11/1874 died 1936, Belton, Bell Co. TX Rebecca Ann (Annie)Worley 9/1/1860---9/26/1941 Bertha Worley Thornton Worley married Etta Mae Shaw 1901 in Claiborne Parish, LA . She was born 2/2/1883 and died Nov 1959, Snyder Scurry County Texas. They had 6 children, most are or may still be living. Their oldest child, a daughter Floy Crystell Worley b. 10/1/1904 died 4/21/1979.. She married John Pinckney DeShazo 4/21/1923 and had 2 children . Thornt's youngest child, also a dau. Daurice Edna Juanice Worley b. 1/16/1921 died 2/12/1969. She married Arthur Duff 3/2/1941 in San Angelo TX. They had one daughter. Arra L. Worley, b. 3/11/1874, LA , died 1836 Belton, Bell Co, Texas, married Morgan Bryant Crow 12/13/1900. Crow was born abt 1862 died 6/25/1934 in Belton, Bell co Texas. They had 2 daus, both born in West, McLennan Co TX. Annie, Laura Ann's oldest child, born 9/1/1862 in Homer La married Charles Lewis Crow (believed to be brother to Arra's husband in 1880 Homer LA . She died 9/26/1941. She was burried in Webster Parish, LA as is her husband Charlie. Charlie was born 132/28/1855, died 12/18/1894. John Willis b. 9/25/1862 LA married Missouri Roberson b. 4/1858, on November21, 1884. They had 8 children. Walker Wilson b. 1865 married Maydie "Madie" Wilson and had 2 children Charlie D. b. 1868 in Blackburn , Claiborne Parish, LA married Florence Gertrude Nelson 12/8/1882. Florence was born 8/19/1866, Claiborne Parish died. 1/7/1935. both are buried in Whitehall Cemetery. They had 2 dau's. Pennuel Columbus b. 1871 married Carrie Hoss. They had 5 children. Wade Hampton b. 1875 , Claiborne Parish died 2/1/1914, married Willie B. Lewis 1900 in LA. Willie was born 8/2/1880, died 1/19/1911, both are buried Whitehall Cemetery. Dr. Alfred Goodwell born 2/1/1885, in Claiborne Parish died 3/4/1966 Haynesville, LA. He married Lodi Simmons b.9/6/1886, died 12/29/1951, both are buried Haynesville, LA. They had 3 sons. Bertha Worley married George Adams and had 5 children.
