    3. Roy, a quick review of my records does not come up with a William DeLoach born in 1815 in S.C. I will do further research of my records and let you know what I find. I, too, am looking for a William DeLoach who was reportedly (according to my father's Bible) the father of my great grandmother, Rebecca Jane DeLoach, who was born in Old Beaufort District (now Hampton County) S.C. on April 25th, 1828. There was a William DeLoach born in 1728 and died in Old Beaufort District in 1790. He was the son of William DeLoach Jr. (1702-1765) and Judith Wall (1707-1760) in S.C. but I cannot find any further info on that particular William. There are many William DeLoaches in early S.C. history. I'll let you know if I find anything further. Charlie Roy H.
