    3. Regarding James Morse's message about Hannah Bostick. According to my Father (Ben Tillman DeLoach)'s Bible, His Great Grandfather was David DeLoach and his Great Grandmother was Hannah Bostick Breeland DeLoach. David was born in 1774 but I have no information on my Great Great Grandmother, Hannah. The family ;lived in Old Beaufort District, S.C. in a section that is now Hampton County, S.C. I, too, have been unable to find any records (birth, deaths or burial) of either David or Hannah. However, one son (Michael DeLoach and his spouse Rebecca Jane DeLoach) are buried in the DeLoach Cemetery in the Nixville area of Hampton County, S.C. David & Hannah had seven children: (1) Michael DeLoach, born March 4, 1826 who married Rebecca Jane; (2) Jacob C. DeLoach who married Mary Tuten; (3) Sarah D.DeLoach born August 11, 1828 and married Michael Mixon; (4) Rebecca DeLoach, born 1822, and married Jim Mixon; (5) Mary Penelope DeLoach, born 1817 and married Thomas Louis Gohagan and John Blanchard Goldin Long; (6) Margaret DeLoach, who married Nathaniel Ruth and (7) James E. DeLoach , who married Elizabeth Goethe. I have been unable to locate any information on the parents of David or Hannah Bostick DeLoach and I, too, am interested in any information on them. The 1830 Census record of Beaufort County, S.C. (Page 311 of St. Lukes Parish) lists David DeLoach and Hannah DeLoach. I would be interested in any information which you may be able to develop.
