    3. Mike, What about the coat of arms in Mr Steadman's book? Also, The Colonial Dames XVIIC has one hanging in their building in Washington. Has anyone seen it? There may be one or more coats of arms for DesLoges, DeLoche, or some other variant spelling of the name. The point is, unless you have proof of descendancy, you cannot (or should not) hang a copy of it on a wall and claim it as your own or that of your ancestors. Mike
