He has since passed away but while he was alive, I was able to find out a little about his Durrence lineage. He was a direct descendant of David Jasper Durrence's son, Nathan B. (Nathaniel) Durrence.     3. For you wine buffs, the Deloach "Russian River Valley OFS" Chardonnay is excellent. It's about $25-$30 a bottle depending on where you find it, and I'm in Texas. Denee Deloach Koonce

They lived in Jones County, Ga. until abt. 1820 when Joseph Deloach died. Lucy moved to Upson Co., Ga.where many of her children lived.     3. Hello! I had a great uncle named Luther Johnson DeLoach. He married a Kate Gignilliat (or close to that). He was my grandfather's (James Hoyt DeLoach) brother and the son of John Manning DeLoach. They lived in Evans and Tatnall County Georgia. At a reunion about three years ago, I met a daughter of his and had my picture taken with her, but I cannot remember her name. I would guess that she was 70 something. I hope that this may help.
