The point is, unless you have proof of descendancy, you cannot (or should not) hang a copy of it on a wall and claim it as your own or that of your ancestors. Mike

Hey Virginia, I joined under Michael DeLoach. I can trace him paternally. I'll get you the info on the society. They referred me to the Maryland Huguenot Society and they have monthly dinners with guest speakers and offer trips to France. Pretty neat!
