    3. Delpalne Manor is a small subdivision located off of the Kirkwood Highway, just outside of Newark. I can't tell you much more about it. It's common in Delaware for subdivisions to be named after the farmland they were built on, so you could assume Delpane Manor once was the site of a farm owned by a Delaplane.
