Forest Cemetery is located at the corner of Cedar Lane and North Broad Street (DE Route 71) just north of the Middletown Square Shopping Center in Middletown. To go to Forest Church from the cemetery, take North Broad Street/Route 71 south to the light, turn right on Main Street, the church will be on the left just past the Everett Theatre.
