Dear List Members: I am researching the Rawley family line. I have a James Rawley born in Somerset county, Maryland in 1659. He married Jane Wilson (Willson) who was born in Kent county, England in 1663. They had the following children: Robert, Thomas, William, James, Morris, Margaret, George, and Samuel. James later married Frances. I believe that these Rawley's are related to the Rawley line in Delaware. I believe James' son (James) who married Alice Wheeler might be where the Delaware line originates. Both lines are shown below.
