Hi, I am new to the list. I am looking for ancestors of Richard WILLIAMS he was born about 1802 in DE according to the 1850 Ross County, OHIO census. Is anyone researching WILLIAMS and could assist me? Are there any birth records available? I don't even know where in DE to look. Also in his household was Milly LONG age 74 born in DE.
