I am new to this list. Could someone please tell me how to get actual copy of "U.S. Draft registration records for People born 1873 - 1900?" I found in an index at Ancestry.com a name I believe to be a step-brother to my husband's grandmother. The name I am looking for is James Horace Taylor, born 9 Mar. 1883, white, (born citizen of England) and registered in Wilmington #1 Delaware. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jo in PA
