Good Morning List Members, I am searching for family with the surname, Midcap, sometimes spelled Medcap or Metcalf. In the 1790-1890 Census for Delaware, I find the following listed in 1850 & 1860: 1) New Castle Co. = Richard and Solaman in Appoquinmink Hundred William J. in St. Georges Hundred. 2) Sussex Co. = Alsy in Lewis (sp) & Rehoboth Hundred 1830 - Francis in Lewis (sp) & Rehoboth Hundred Elizabeth and Jacob in Indian River Hundred Jane and Richard in Cedar Creek Hundred. I am unable to find any other information in Delaware, Virginia or PA concerning these family members who are all listed under the name, Midcap. Also, have been unable to find the location of Appoquinmink Hundred and Cedar Creek Hundred. Any help and/or guidance would be appreciated. Nancy Midcap Brady Colorado
