Dear Listers, Recently I obtained a death certificate for a cousin who died May 30, 1953, in La Crescenta, CA: Name: Anna Collins GARESCHE DOB: unknown, about 87 years old Birthplace: Delaware, no other place given Name of Father: Benjamin COLLINS Maiden Name of Mother: Abigail DAVIS My question is: how do I find Anna's full date and place of birth in Delaware? From the web page it looks as though I will be unable to order a birth certificate from that early a period. Does anyone have any suggestions?
