I have ancestories that lived in that area and I have found references to a causeway on the census records. For those not familiar with Wilmington, New Castle Avenue runs south out of Wilmington towards New Castle City. This area is south of the confluence of the Christina and Brandywine Rivers. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE Valentine eCards with Yahoo!
