This may give you a place to look fro Sewards in Illinois if the naames line up for you at all. I work Delaware looking for Knights. Caesar was my 2xgrandfather and his father Caesar was my 3xgrandfather. I have searached and have only found one other person working the same line. Caesar was in Fayette, PA in 1850.
