David Sapp, Go to http://www2.state.de.us/dpa/probate and type in the surname of the person you are looking for and the county. All probates for that name and the year filed will show. I have printed all my Knight line from Delaware and have received many wills by writing to Delaware Public Archives, 121 Duke of York Street, Dover, DE 19901. The price was $.50 a page plus $3.00 handling charge the last time I used the service. The $3.00 charge was on five probates, equaling 25 pages dating back to the year 1736 so to me it was truly worth the charge. You can also a-mail them at archives@state.de.us requesting the probates. They will then a-mail you back letting you know they have found them and the amount of the charge. You can then send them a check and they mail you the copies of the probates. Hopefully this will help you. Let us know on the list or e-mail me personally.
