Elaine and all, You need to understand that "access" to the Kent co., DE, tax lists is not something that is a matter of looking into a book. The lists are available for the period you mention but they are year by year and involve looking through them for the surname(s) of interest. To do a 40 year period for one name (such as Philip Alexander) could take several hours of time. They are very valuable and definitely should be consulted but they can't be done quickly as implied by the request.
