I'm seeking information about the family of Robert Carr, died 1793 in Sussex Co., DE. His executor was Henry Carr and Robert's wife was Ann. Henry and his brothers (John, Nathan, Ezekiel) later moved to Kentucky around 1806. 11/28/1793 Robert Carr, Orpahn's Court Docket Index, RG4840, Reel 765, Book F(9), p4, 23, 24. Henry Carr requests that 3 freeholders be appointed to evaluate the land of Robert Carr since five persons had shown that it could not be divided without spoiling the whole. 4/3/1794 Henry Carr, exec., John Collins, Jacob Coverdale, and Peter Jackson reported it was worth 18 shillings per acre.
