Lemuel COHEE was b. in Kent Co.,DE 3/7/1811. He m. Sarah Ann"Sally" Jump Collins in Delaware abt. 1829. Their first child Lydia Ann was b. in Bumbahosk, Kent Co, DE 5/7/1830 Their second child Samuel Benjamin(e) was b. in DE 1/10/1833 Their third child, Rachel Caroline b. in 1835 possibly in DE By 1837, Lemuel was in Henry Co. IN and in 1838 in Clinton Co, IN where he remained until his death in 1857. He was a shoemaker. **** There were/are many COHEEs in Delaware and the same first names are repeated numerous times both in DE, MD, and IN **** I am desperately searching for the names of the parents and siblings of the above Lemuel COHEE in order to connect him to other COHEE lines. There was a Lemuel Cohee on the 1810 census, b. 1770, Kent Co, who supposedly married Ann Cooper 2/17/1807 and had several children. I believe this same Lemuel also died in 1810.
