Dear Renee, Thank you for the assistance. I tried using your MAC tutorial, but it indeed did not work on my Windows based system. I use Microsoft Office's Word for my gathering and storing of information. You encouraged be to go ahead and research what I needed to, to learn how to create accents in that system. I still have not figured out how to do it in my e-mail system yet, however. I am going to have to work on that or write my e-mails in Word and paste them into my e-mail messages.
