    3. Hi All, Had another long conversation with David today [not as long as the last one.] I just Have to start taping these... There is no way I can keep up with him.... just can't write that fast... and when I try, later I can't read what I've written! He talked about branches of the family... some taking the Dufouchar/d title, some the Verloin. He talked about the books of information Thelma Coignard [now deceased] had.... (I sure hope this information makes it way to New Orleans Genesis for the sake of posterity) He talked about the Marquis de Circé [in France, Cirre] [1585, title still held] and the relationship to the Fouchers... who had the plantation which is now Audubon Park [as Shelley just reported on] ... The Fouchers, he said, were first cousins of the Degruys... Basically when you think Foucher... think Foucher de Circé [if I understand him correctly] He talked about the relationship of the name De Gruy to Gruyn and deGuise He said he looked up the name Huxelle in some ancient book he owns and there is some relationship to a title... and a Nicholas du Blé, [consul and minister to the Cardinal de Fleuri, confessor to Louis XIV]... [ Remember I was wondering where that Pierre Huxelle was coming from.. that I couldn't find Huxelle anywhere else in the Degruy genealogy.... Anyway... this was all kind of general information and nothing in it has any "source" material for documentation. So I suppose we should have a file in which we put all our "Musings".... and let that hold undocumented data.... R.
