Rene: I will be going to the Archives in Baton Rouge early March, 2005. I will check the indices there for those names. I do not think there will be a birth record from that early a date (1779). The Archdiocese might have a baptismal record. I think there will be a death record. In any case, I will look and if I find anything will bring back copies. I think you have a friend in BR who goes to the Archives and gets b/m/d records for you. She may be able to get this quicker than I can.
