He owned a large townhouse on Esplanade Ave, near St Aloysius High School. It was used as a home by the Archbishop of New Orleans. Francois gave the house to the church. She is the daughter of August Anatole Victor NEYREY, Jr and Alice Eugenie CONSTANT. Irma was born 7 May 1906.
