    3. The information following is from the Succession of Mrs. Foucher De Circe'. The dates are 1700's and 1800's. Can anyone help get this family in perspective with our family for me.  There were many pages of the succession that I did not copy, perhaps at a later date. Thanks - Helen Kendrick No. 40269 State of Louisiana vs. Succ. of Mrs. Foucher DeCirce' Second District Court, Parish of Orleans [1878]  Facts Admitted By Both Parties January 14, 1879 Admissions and statement of certain facts to be used in evidence on the trial of above entitled suit, 1. Louis Frederic Foucher, Marquis de Circe', was born in the city of New Orleans on the 12th of August 1798. He was the son of Pierre Foucher and Elizabeth Bore', his wife. Pierre Foucher was born in the city of New Orleans on the 31st of December 1755. He was the son of Antoine Foucher and Marguerite Carriere his wife. Antoine Foucher, the father of Pierre Foucher, and the grandfather of Louis Frederic Foucher, Marquis de Circe', was born at Rochefort, in France. 2. Mrs. Marie Marguerite Felicie Burthe, wife of L. F. Foucher, Marquis de Circe', was born in New Orleans on the 15th of May 1807. She was the daughter of Dominique Francois Burthe and Louise Delord Sarpy his wife. Her father Dominique Francois Burthe, was born a French subject, at Metz in France. 3. Louis Frederic Foucher Maquis de Circe' and Marie Marguerite Felicie Burthe were married in New Orleans on the 30th day of January 1826, and lived in Louisiana until 1836. The left Louisiana in 1836 and went to France where they resided up to the time of their respective deaths, without either having returned to Louisiana or to the United States. They both died in Paris in France; L. F. Foucher de Circe' on the 22nd of November 1869 and Mrs. Foucher de Circe' eight years afterwards, on the 22nd of November 1877.
