Renee, the name Heuxel appears in Pierre Nogues' death certificate. He was not a deGruy but was married to one, Elise Louise duFouchard Verloin deGruy, the youngest sister of Celine deGruy, sp. Seuzeneau; Leonide deGruy, sp. Baudier, and Doralice deGruy, sp. Boutte, among other siblings. Their parents were (Thomas) Antoine Benoit duFouchard Verloin deGruy & (Marie) Josephine Stephanie de Mole Guerin. [BTW, these are Helen & I's common grandparents as well.] These were extremely close siblings. Lots of consanguine relationships. Note below that Nogues worked for Seuzeneau. Also, Pierre Huxelle deGruy was 1st married to (Julie) Eveline Boutte, sister of Philemon Boutte (husband of Doralice deGruy) and Elodie Boutte, sp.
