Hi Helen, Yes, Colonel Francis Henry Forno (b. 1798-d. 1866) and his first wife, Harriett Griffith were the parents of Charles Henry Forno (b. 1820-d. 1870), although I am not certain that Charles was a Colonel, just his father.
