A native of New Orleans, LA. She spent her childhood at Penmills Plantation, Covington, LA. As a bride she returned to New Orleans, LA. where she resided the rest of her life. Beloved wife of the late George David Perrin, Sr. Daughter of the late Francois Verloin de Gruy III and Marie Alix de Fazende Gaiennie de Gruy. Mother of Mrs. Audrey P. Kachler and her devoted son and care giver G. David Perrin, Jr. and the late Byron David Perrin, Sr. and Louise Alix Perrin Brown. I grew up near a convieniene store owned by the Cavallino's, but it was called the "Handy Pack", located on 21'st street in Kenner.     3. This is correct. Earl Benjamin and Glennie Francis are my great grandparents. I did not know that Marie Doralice was married previously though. To one of the Bienvenu's maybe? I've seen that name associated with her from the few records I have looked at. Glennie Francis Belle Boutte died the same month as Earl Benjamin, on November 15, 1952. It was very hard on my grandmother(Mildred Lucille Boutte) to lose both her parents so close together.
