    3. The program is so easy to learn. Trust me! The manual is easy to understand as is the program's Help menu. I purchased my program through the web site. When I purchased the program, although I had many deeds, I only had a couple of deeds where I wanted to see what the tracts looked like. After I learned the program, and saw what it could do, I realized other ways the program would help me. And it did help! It helped me straighten out quite a few deed mysteries!
