    1. Re: [DMU] Moving a plot
    2. If you have a tract highlighted, then, using the arrow keys, move to the general area where you want to relocate the tract, then a mouse click (I think left) in the new area, will "snap" that highlighted deed right to the new location. You can move multiple deeds that have already been joined up but may not be in the proper location, in the same way. First, you have to get the multiple deeds highlighted. You do this by highlighting one, then holding down the control key and clicking on other tracts, which will also become highlighted. When you have done this with several tracts, and they are all highlighted, you can move, using the arrow keys to the area where you want them to be, then left click with the mouse and they will all move together, preserving their original positions compared to each other. You can then move this collection of deeds around together, fitting them as you wish to the landscape or other properties. To undo the group, just click on one of them, or another deed. You can also change plat colors as a group in the same way. Highlight one deed, then hold down control and highlight additional deeds. Then go to plot view, and custom color. Changing the color will change the color of all of the highlighted deeds.
