    3. Over the years I have acquired a number of USGS Topographic maps. Do the Deed-Mapper maps show the small creeks that the USGS Topographic maps show? What types of things are identified on the maps to help place the plots? I have scanned and used the Topo maps, and I am the first to say it would help to have less clutter. But, having the small creeks is a great help in fine-tuning. Is there a link to a detailed description of the Deed-Mapper maps? I look forward to ordering some of the maps, but wanted to know a little bit more about them. Thanks a bunch JoLee Spears

    3. JoLee--I can respond re: the small creeks--I use exclusively the Deed-Mapper maps, and prefer them, but they seem to not include the small streams that might trickle off and may appear on other maps or appear on older maps. It's possible the terrain changed and the little creeks are no longer there. I think I was once told that the Deed-Mapper maps are USGS maps, though I'm sure Steve Broyles can tell us better. I do prefer the Deed-Mapper maps. Also nothing is identified--they just include streams and roads and outlines of other things I don't recall what they are. I think railroad overlays can be ordered.
