I'm thinking about purchasing Deed Mapper for research I am doing in Georgia but I had a question about how it would work with our land system. I live in an area where land is divided by districts (very large tracts, 2-4 per county), then within each district are a large number of land lots. Each land lot is a square, 45 chains on each side, or 202.5 acres total. I read that some Deed Mapper maps have the Section/Township/Range boundaries which is helpful for many places, but how would it work with our system? Are there any Georgia maps available that include land lots as a basic map feature? Is anyone on this list doing Georgia research in land lot counties? What is your experience with Deed Mapper in creating these types of boundaries? How do you deal with the difference in land lot sizes and shapes today because of bad surveying 175 years ago? Thanks for your help. Paul
