    2. Steve, On this point, when you try to copy an entire deed file, like Mecklenburg, there is an error message which says the deeds group is too large for the clip board.....any suggestions? Chrys

    3. Wholesale merging of deed files is probably best performed by the Notepad method Bill described. Deed files are simple text files, so you can work on them with an editor such as Notepad. Cutting and pasting of deeds works well for small-ish numbers of deeds (but note the recently reported problem with Paste on XP).
