Jim, If you only had a plot with just the lengths, you can't enter it into Deed Mapper. However, in your examples, you provided the lengths and their directions, so you DO know the order. If you had a scaled drawing without angles but "North" (or any other direction) was shown, you should be able to enter the description into Deed Mapper. You could record the property description either "clockwise" or "counterclockwise" and as long as it describes a closed area ("closes") and doesn't cross itself, you know it is valid. The last leg of a property description often contains the words "and to the place of beginning" which guarantees it "closes" to form an enclosed area. Do you have a description of your problem deed? In some cases I can tell which is correct based on the flow of streams shown on the maps, but in many cases I can not. When trying to matches property together it makes a big difference.
