I just captured an image of a Topographic map from Terraserver and tried to use it to include in my Deedmapper map. I have done this before with maps I had scanned in myself and had no problem. On this one, after I enter values for feet/inch & dots/inch (2000 & 600) and hit OK, I get an error that reads "Please enter an integer between 1 and 2400". Can someone tell me what might be wrong. I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Steve Nevin Researching Brown County, OH and Jackson County, KY
I found this in the archives of the newsgroup: "I solved the problem - I use the 5000 ft/inch and 150 with many images and it has always worked fine. What was causing the problem was that my files were in the root directory, as soon as I moved the .jpg, .dat, .mbl, .mbk files into their own folder everything worked just fine." ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Nevin" <snevin@worldnet.att.net> To: <DEED-MAPPER-USERS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, June 28, 2003 10:07 AM Subject: [DMU] Scanned Image Error > I just captured an image of a Topographic map from Terraserver and tried to > use it to include in my Deedmapper map.
