I am a new user, trying to learn the program. I have entered two deeds into a new file, but in the table view only one will be displayed (depending on which one I opened). Why won't both deeds display in the table view? rondie

I haven't seen any responces to this so I'll take a shot at it. You mentioned seeing the deed in table view depends on which one you opened. Did you perhaps enter both deeds under "new" creating each deed as a separate file instead of doing an "append deed" ? Try opening one of your deeds and under "file" click on "append deed" . My first thoughts when I read the question was that the filter button (2 down arrows) on the toolbar was selected. This would allow for only the selected deed to be displayed. If you de-select it then all entered deeds would be viewed.
