Thank you all for your help and suggestions. I will have to try on Monday back at work. I actually had figured out the angle, perimeter and chord (after reviewing my geometry on the internet LOL). I wasn't sure how to translate that into compass directions like Dale and Charlotte did. Surprisingly, this plot is not a subdivision. It is from a 1908 deed and the property is on an old fort. I am attempting to plot various deeds from when the state gave the Feds the land for the fort.
