One possible thing to help you: Print to a file which you can then manipulate into the Excel spreadsheet. You need to add a text style printer (even though you don't really have one) but specify "print to file". When you print, configure it to legal paper size and landscape so all the data fits. Alternative: Open the file in WordPad or NotePad, since it is a text file. You can use WordPad to cut and paste any amount of deeds at once. Mike
