    3. Thanks Mike.. I added a Generic text printer, then saved the Table View to that printer. I then renamed the saved file with a .txt extension. I was able to retrieve it into both Monarch and Excel. It will certainly be a big help for my particular need. (If only I had keyed the names of seller/buyer by last name, then first; I'd be able to easily and accurately sort the data as I merge the data of various tables. It may be worth it to go to each deed and re-do the to/from for much greater ease in working with/sorting data.)
