I found the link on the DeedMapper web page <http://users.rcn.com/deeds/books.htm> where there are a number of vendors listed pertaining to surveying. They have "signed" copies of "The Wataugah Land Purchases" for $25 (plus s&h and maybe tax depending on where you are).
