Al I have ever done if no corner description, is leave the space after PT blank..or if along a river..simply put "along river" after the PT. Ken in VA

I'm doing a presentation on land records for a genealogy society and I'm in need of an image (graphic) to use on a PPS presentation as an example of how a piece of property would look as described by metes & bounds. I have spent two days looking for my deedmapper disk and have yet to locate it so I can't set one up myself. Would anyone be willing to help me out?
