Hi List, I have two questions concerning the subjects mention above. 1. Why is the preview in the pdf file so much smaller than the print preview size in the program? (i.e. pdf file plat is much smaller than what actually prints on paper.) 2. Let's say I have a Virginia patent from the 1730s that changes hand four times by 1746. When I want to do a map at 1750, it shows all four owners. What is needed to fix this problem? Thanks for your time. Gordie Fears
For your second question I am assuming that you have entered the deed four times one for each transaction. If you just want the 1746 deed to print go under view, filter, and select a custom setting. Then set the date to 1746. The 1746 deed will be the only one displayed. Another way is to set the lines for the previous plats to "hidden" under the edit, plot style, custom. Or you can just select the plats you want and use the filter set to show selected items only. Charlotte > Hi List, > > I have two questions concerning the subjects mention above. > > 1. I have an adobe printer file among my printers and normally that works where I'm asked for an output file name as per the properties in the PDF driver. No such think happens here. > 2. This would have been nice in the samples file as actual educational tool. Do all four ownes' names print on top of each other or what?
