Baxter Springs, KS married to Cynthia (Sinthy) SUMNER (10/30/1866-11/15/1914, of typhoid fever) Sinthy Sumner was 1/2 Cherokee. She had a daughter, Abbey, by her first husband. Abbey died at a fairly young age of consumption. 3--Sara Alice DECKER (10/5/1886-6/12/1973) married 1/8/1905 to Thomas Jefferson CASE (7/9/1876-4/12/1942) 4--Cecil CASE 4--Thomas CASE 4--Edith CASE 4--Fred CASE 3--James Lawrence DECKER (1/10/1889-12/24/1965) married 6/22/1915 to Mary Margaret Barry (4/28/1898-2/27/1976) 4--Alice DECKER 4--Francis DECKER 4--Josephine DECKER 4--James Barry "Tater" DECKER 3--Bertha B. DECKER (7/10/1891-11/20/1952) married Fred STARR (1888-6/1956) 4--Willis STARR 3--Homer Frank DECKER (9/3/1983, Richland,MO-8/31/1972, Victoria,TX) married 4/5/1918, Baxter Springs,KS to Charlotte Almira FOWLER (11/18/1900, Custer City,OK -4/21/1946, Victoria,TX) 4--Rachael Imogene DECKER 4--Melvin Earl DECKER 4--John Albert DECKER 3--Lucy Ellen DECKER (12/27/1897-11/30/1972) married 7/16/1916 to Clarence Oliver OWENS (7/31/1888-10/10/1971) 4--Mildred M.
