Hey, RV4cats! what a great piece of humor about the census taker. I always knew it was spelling that was throwing us all off. Who knows how our names were spelled in the beginnings. It is like the game we played as kids..you sit in a circle and start a sentence around the circle and see how it ends up. It usually does not resemble what the first person started with. Anyone remember that game? I am going to investigate every possible spelling of the names I find that remotely resemble my surnames. Thanks for making my day. Mary Ann
