I found this while looking through newspapers. This is not my family. From the Middletown (NY) Daily Press April 22, 1893. OBITUARY Mrs. Ellen Ann Decker Mrs. Decker died yesterday of general debility, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hale, 39 John Street, in her 74th year. She had been an invalid for a long time, having been confined to the house for the past eight years and to her bed for 18 months. Mrs. Decker's maiden name was Weller. She was born in the town of Crawford and was one of a family of 15 children, of whom seven are living. They are Mrs. White, of Newburg; Mrs. Ellison, this city; Mrs. Deyo, Shawangunk; Mrs. Van Zile, Paterson; Mrs. Decker, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Dubois and Augustus Weller, of Wallkill. Mrs. Decker's husband was Edmund Decker. In their early married life they commenced keeping the Clinton House at Newburg, and continued there for 25 years, when Mr. Decker died. This was 26? years ago, and since that time Mrs. Decker made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Hale. Two children, Mrs. Hale and Mr. Dyke Decker, both of this city, survive. The deceased was of a very retiring disposition, and known only to a few, but all who knew her were her friend, and appreciated her as an excellent woman. The funeral will be private, and the interment at the cemetery at Shawangunk.
