Decker who married Phyllis Franchi in Seattle, Washington in November, 1942. He was the son of James and Ethel Orwell of Butte, Montana. She was the daughter of Antone Franchi of Boulder. Arthur also had a brother named Paul L. Decker. I cannot find James and Ethel Orwell after the 1930 Census where they resided in Butte.
