Emily is buried in the Whitaker Family Cemetery near Siloam Springs State Park, Adams County, IL. I believe this graveyard is on the original family homestead of Isaac & Malsa Howard Whitaker. I took flowers to the grave Friday and while the top of Emily's tombstone has slipped off the base it is not broken and is legible.
