I feel Mary may be a Woodard/Woodward. . Miles Decker b.1808 d.1894 and Mary Decker b.1818 d. 1899. The census shows Mary at 40 and Miles (a Law Agent) at 50 having two sons, John E. 19 (a Law Student) and George 14. Does anybody know further? Rochester is big to search for 1870 on ancestry.com Images. Thanks for any help.

I continue my search on Isaiah (Isaac) E. DECKER. His mother is believed to be Mary Decker but that is just a family story at this time. He married Eunice Abby or Almyra Ruth (she changed her name and we are not sure if it was before or after the marriage) LOCKWOOD around 1909 - 1910. They had a daughter that they named James Elizabeth (which leads me to believe that James may be an important name in this DECKER family) in 1911. When James Elizabeth was a baby her mother took her and fled the DECKER family. This is reported to all have happened in the Long Island area, and the DECKER family was reported to be well off, as my great grandmother lived in fear that they would find her and take the baby back. This has been a family brick wall for so very long. I can not even find this family in the census. Thanks for the help.
I don't have a marriage record for Johanna Decker, but I have baptism records for five children of Johanna Decker and Henricus Schonhoven. The first of these is Cornelia, baptized 4 July 1733 at Menissing (Minisink), from page 196 of the "Baptismal and Marriage Registers of the Old Dutch Church of Kingston, Ulster County, New York" transcribed and edited by Roswell Randall Hoes, published in New York by De Vinne Press, 1891. Johanna was baptized on 22 Sep 1705 at Kingston as recorded on page 74 of the same source. The second through fifth children were baptized 1741 through 1751 as recorded in the "Churchbook of the Congregation of Walpeck (NJ) commencing with the Ministry of Joh. Casparus Fryenmuth local Preacher in the year of our Lord 1741". In the same churchbook there is an entry dated 1 July 1786 on page 263 "upon confession" for "Johanna Decker, wid of Hendericus Schoonhoven". I have no idea if there were two Johanna Deckers. I am looking for information on an Isaac Decker who was executor for the estate of my ancestor, Asa Bennett, when he died in Luzerne Co. PA on 2 June 1800. I think he was a brother to Asa's wife, Lydia.
