I am mentioning all this because Casper is not the usaul Decker name and I am researching Centre Co where I ran into this one thinking there may be a connection but not. Hope this helps....Jean

    3. Trying to contact descendants of the following Deckers: MOSES J. DECKER, born March 1870 Rockland County, NY, married February 3, 1897 in Piermont Village, NY to Lillie L. Wyman (daughter of John Wyman and Mary Christman). The 1900 Federal Census reported that Moses and Lillie Decker had two children: Emma L. Decker, born December 1897 and Helen M. Decker, born November 1899. It is believed that Moses and Lillie Decker lived in the Elizabeth, NJ area. CHARLES FRANCIS DECKER, born July 1876, Rockland County, NY, married to Georgina (maiden name unknown), born June 1879. ELIZA MARGARET DECKER, born 1872, Rockland County, NY. I am a descendant of their brother, WILLIAM LOUIS DECKER. If you have information concerning any of these Deckers, please email me. Decker Newell
