Dear Karen, If you have Netscape: Go to OPTIONS. Select GENERAL PREFERENCES. Select COLORS. Look for "Background". Mine is checked "Custom", and then in the custom color boxes, I pressed the white one. There is also a "default", but mine didn't change anything. Hope this helps. If not, let me know. I could not possibly read anything on a red background. Ugh! Judy

I think there is a setting in your browser that will change it back to white. Right after I got internet access, I found such an option, but will have to search for it again. Let me know what browser you are using, and if I can't find the answer myself, maybe I can find someone who can help you. Judy
